One of the focuses in this dissertation is the design of a recognition quality evaluator for graph entities . the original image information corresponding to the graph entities is considered as a constrained template or allowable error range . some evaluating factors , defined by using fuzzy theory , have been proposed to express a graph entity ' s recognition quality and as the input of the quality evaluator 本文重点讨论了图素质量评价器的设计，提出采用图素识别质量特征因子来表述图素的识别质量，并以矢量图素对应的光栅图元作为约束矢量图素的模板或公差带，以此提取反映识别质量的特征因子，结合模糊理论的有关概念定义各种特征因子的表达式；图素的识别质量特征因子作为图素识别质量评价器的输入，由评价器经过处理后输出对图素识别质量的评判结果。
