• Sometimes the change is that drastic , and the more they meditate each day , the younger they become . because all the cells become new . that s why we become like childrenwe become more innocent , more intelligent , purer and simpler at heart
  他们每天打坐越多，会变得越年轻，因为全身的细胞都更新了，所以我们才变得像小孩一样-更天真更聪明更纯洁心地更单纯，也更接近天国。
• Both of them became impure and complicated . they started to know what was shame , and started to say what was good , what was bad , and made a mess . it was unlike when they were like children , so pure and so happy
  真的吃了以后就头脑转了不一样了，他们两个都变不单纯，开始复杂了，开始知道惭愧，开始分别什么好什么坏，弄得很乱，不像以前像小孩一样，这么单纯活下去这么愉快。
• Unless we become child - like again , we cannot enter the kingdom of god . that purity , we have to have . we have to cleanse ourselves inside out , upside down every day ; that s why we have to meditate
  除非再变成像小孩一样，否则我们不能进入天国，我们一定要变成像小孩一样的纯真，我们要每天从里到外彻底的净化自己，所以我们必须每天打坐，我们必须真正的在内边忏悔，而不是外表的忏悔。
• Being childlike doesn t mean that we don t take responsibility or we don t do what we have to do . it means that we just do it with a very pure joy and without expectations , because knowing god as god is , we should not really worry
  像小孩一般并不是说不负责任或是不做我们该做的，而是用一种很简单的方式去做，很单纯的喜悦，没有期待，因为知道上帝就是这个样子，我们真的不用担心。
• We cannot become like a child if we forever have to strive to be like next door . to go to this and that party because so many names are there , we have to be someone also or else we are no one , and we cannot go there ; we feel ashamed
  如果我们一直努力地要像隔壁一般，我们会无法像小孩一样，我们将忙著到处参加宴会，只因为有许多名人在那里，而且我们得先成为大人物，否则我们去不了那里，我们会觉得丢脸。

  像小孩刚生出来，他也不习惯我们这个舒服自在的生活，而习惯那种黑暗窄小的母亲肚子，所以他刚出生时比较执著，会怕，好像失去任何东西，感到没有安全感。
