Based on the experiences in explorating of the information resources of our library , we analysis the conditions , principles and advantages on the development of electronic resources , and dicussed some important factors of the function of electronic resources 结合本馆电子资源建设的实践,就高校图书馆电子资源建设的条件、原则、优势等进行了综合分析,对电子资源服务中值得重视的相关问题进行了探讨。
