The owner and the successful bidder shall , within 30 days of issuance of the bid awarad notification , enter into a design contract to the extent that the contract is in no event in contravention with any content in the bidding documents and the bid documents , and perform all obligations as provided in the contract 招标人和中标人应当自中标通知书发出之日起三十日内，按照不违背招标文件和中标人的投标文件内容签订设计委托合同，并履行合同约定的各项内容。
Any priming work , prop , suspension , structure , appendage , plant and means of access for or in relation to the subcontract works as well as collateral work and any ancillaries of or for plant and materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of the subcontract and deemed to have been included in the subcontractor ' s offer , unless and by the same , the subcontractor has specifically excluded any pursuant to any provision in the particulars of subcontractor ' s offer and contractor ' s acceptance stated in the appendix 任何分包工程的，或与其有关的任何启动工程，支撑，悬挂，结构，附加物，成套设备和进出方式，以及成套设备和材料的随附工程和任何辅助工程，均应符合分包合同规定，并应被认为已被包括在分包商的报价之内，除非在其中，分包商已明示根据分包商报价细节和附录所述总包商中标通知书的任何规定而排除了任何此类工程。
