This paper shows the situation of the problem in the modem philosophical interpretation of lao - tse ' s taoism and points out that the approaches and strategies used in lao - tse ' s interpretation will further define the road for chinese philosophical studies 笔者以老子道论的现代哲学诠释为例，揭示这一问题情境的存在；同时表明，针对这一问题的进入路径和解决策略，既影响和制约着包括老子思想在内的传统哲学的具体研究，也规定了中国哲学研究向前推进的真实之路。
