After a mass of interviews and questionnaire surveys through the major im consumer of on campus students , we get 414 valid surveys . using spss13 . 0 to statistic analysis , the results of analysis proves that the model and its hypothesis are true and reasonable . at the same time , we gain some main conclusions as follow : 1 通过对以在校大学生为主的即时通讯消费者进行大量访谈和问卷调查,对414份有效调查问卷进行统计分析,实证结果验证了模型及其假设的科学合理性,得出以下主要结论: 1 、四个因素直接影响即时通讯产品的顾客忠诚:顾客锁定、顾客价值、顾客满意和不兼容性,其中不兼容性只对态度忠诚有影响,且影响作用最小。
