The optical characteristics of metal silver film used as the reflective mirror of microcavity are calculated by characteristic matrix method and it is shown that the thickness of metal mirror affects not only the reflectivity but also the penetration depth and thus the cavity mode . this conclusion is confirmed by experiment 通过特征矩阵法计算了金属薄膜在光学微腔中的性质，得到了金属膜厚度不仅影响腔的品质因子，而且随金属膜厚度增加，由反射相移引起的等效穿透深度增加的结果，并在实验上进行了验证。
