  对议事规则第73条议员个人利益监察委员会的建议修订及建议新订的第85a条与申请发还工作开支有关的处分，由法律事务部拟备
• The president , chairman of a committee of the whole council or chairman shall decide whether or not to propose the question upon the disallowance motion having regard to rule 84 ( 5 ) of the rules of procedure
  立法会主席、全体委员会主席、委员会主席或小组委员会主席须根据《议事规则》第84 ( 5 )条，决定是否就将某议员的表决作废的议案提出待议议题。

• Unless otherwise decided by the house committee , the following speaking time limits for a motion debate shall be deemed to have been agreed by the house committee and shall be recommended to the president under rule 37 of the rules of procedure -
  除非内务委员会另有决定，否则下列的议案辩论发言时限须当作已获内务委员会同意，并须根据议事规则第37条向立法会主席建议予以采纳-
• Under rule 26 ( 6 ) of the rules of procedure , if a member is not present to ask his oral question , the question may with his prior consent be asked by another member , or otherwise shall be treated as a question seeking a written answer
  根据《议事规则》第26 ( 6 )条，若议员不在席提出其口头质询，则该质询经其事先同意可由另一名议员提出，否则该质询须作为要求书面答覆的质询处理。
• Unless otherwise decided by the house committee , the following speaking time limits for a motion debate shall be deemed to have been agreed by the house committee and shall be recommended to the president under rule 37 of the rules of procedure -
  除非内务委员会另有决定，否则下列的议案辩论发言时限须当作已获内务委员会同意，并须根据《议事规则》第37条向立法会主席建议予以采纳- -
• If persons involved are summoned to testify or give evidence before a committee , in accordance with rule 80 of the rules of procedure , the committee should make reference to the procedures adopted in previous cases and determine its procedures for that particular case
  委员会倘根据议事规则第80条传召有关人士出席作证和提供证据，应参照先前个案所采用的程序，决定处理当前个案的程序。
