Article 19 where the ministry of foreign affairs , after examination , believes that the request for extradition submitted by the requesting state conforms to the provisions of section 2 in chapter ii of this law and the provisions of extradition treaties , it shall transmit the letter of request for extradition and the accompanying documents and material to the supreme people ' s court and the supreme people ' s procuratorate 第十九条外交部对请求国提出的引渡请求进行审查，认为符合本法第二章第二节和引渡条约的规定的，应当将引渡请求书及其所附文件和材料转交最高人民法院、最高人民检察院。
