The new structured and film coated open - ended coaxial line , whose open end is inclined , is simulated by using finite element method ( fem ) . reflection coefficients of the same solution , which are measured by different incline probes , are calculated . and reflection coefficients changed as a function of permittivity of the solution at the different frequencies are calculated in order to get the relationship between reflection sensitivity and the frequency of electromagnetic wave 本文采用的是一种具有保护膜且结构新颖的同轴线探头，借助有限元方法进行数值模拟分析，计算出了倾斜角度不同的新型探头测量相同溶液时的反射系数，同时还计算了不同频率下，这种新型同轴线探头所测反射系数与被测溶液介电常数变化的关系，由此分析了其灵敏度与电磁波频率的关系。
