Overseas has several space debris engineering models , our country because lacks of the survey data , not yet carries on the work in this aspect , so there is an urgent need to use the part of overseas data to do modeling research , also it lays the foundation for the establishment of independent model in china 空间碎片工程模式是防护设计的基础。国外已有几个工程模式,我国由于缺乏探测数据,尚未进行该方面的工作,急需利用已有部分国外数据开展建模方法研究工作,为自主建立工程模式奠定基础。

Regarding the space debris bigger than 10 , may based on the ground equipment observation establishment database , adopt the means which dodges to carry on the initiative protection ; but regarding the numerous small spatial fragment , it needs to carry on the risk assessment in the establishment engineering model foundation , adopts establishing the protection shield method to protect 对于大于10的空间碎片,可以基于地基设备观测建立数据库,采取规避的办法进行主动防护;而对于为数众多的微小空间碎片,需要在建立工程模式的基础上进行风险评估,采取设置防护屏的方法进行防护。
