Bags addressed to an agent must not contain any packet addressed to any person or firm other than the agent . the usual limit of weight 2 kg for individual packets may be dispensed with , provided the total weight of the bag does not exceed 30 kg 寄给代寄商的邮袋，不得装载寄给其他人士或商行的邮件。个别邮件的重量毋须依照一般规定限于2千克或以下，只要邮袋的总重量不超过30千克便可。
Article 23 : when the franchisor is publicizing , promoting or selling the franchise , the contents of advertising shall be accurate , truthful and lawful , and must not contain statements that are deceptive , omit material facts or are possibly misleading 第二十三条特许人在宣传、促销、出售特许经营权时，广告宣传内容应当准确、真实、合法，不得有任何欺骗、遗漏重要事实或者可能发生误导的陈述。
