In this paper , we described how to build the system using j2ee tools , whether one system is successful depends on if it meets user ' s need and if it can run steadly . adopting j2ee structure make the system have clear levels , customer level , business level and enterprise transaction level ( used to contact with database ) are independent . change of enterprise business flow do n ' t impact transaction level . only need to change corresponding business rnodule , make the updating and maintainence relatively simple . our system used rup to model , it is driven by instance , regard users " needs as the core , then ensure to meet users " needs . this system runs on j2ee server , which is provided by special commercial company and runs very steadily 本文描述如何用j2ee体系来架构系统，一个系统是否成功看他是否满足了用户的需求以及系统运行的是否稳定。采用j2ee结构使系统的层次分明，客户交互层、业务层和企业事务层(和数据库系统交互)相互独立又相互依赖，企业业务流程的改变不影响企业事务层，只需改变相应的业务模块，使得系统更新和维护相对简单。由于系统采用了rup思想进行建模，它是由用例驱动的，是以用户的需求为核心的，从而保证满足用户的要求。
