The main task of this paper is to describe some conceptions and model of management information system , and applies its basic idea and method to project in which the postgraduate management information system of southwestern university of finance and economics is studied . it introduces the primary and overall design , function design , database design , hardware and software design . at last , it discusses in details the main technology used in this project and the difficulties concerning this system and the solutions that is taken in the paper 例如,一个研究生在校学习阶段是从入学报名开始的:报名时要输入个人的基本信息;在培养过程中要输入选课信息、成绩信息、研究方向信息;在授予学位过程中要输入论文信息、学位授予的审核信息;学生分配后要输入就业分配信息;当学生离校以后,要将学生的全部个人信息归档以备以后可以随时查询。
