By the methods of philosophy , sociology and leisure theory and from the perspective of the history and reality of sports development , started from human ' s noumenon , this paper made a contrastive analysis of leisure sports and sports leisure , leisure sports and sports for all , and took an initial exploration on the essence of leisure sports , in order to help the colleagues to make deeper discuss and help people to get rid of the confusion of leisure sports 摘要运用哲学、社会学、休闲学理论与方法，从人的本体出发，以体育发展的历史与现实为脉络，通过对休闲体育和体育休闲、休闲体育和大众体育的对比分析，对休闲体育的本质进行了初步探索，以期业界同仁对休闲体育的理论与实践问题进行更为深入的讨论，使人们走出休闲体育混沌的认识状态。
The result shows : it is the trend of the times that the street dance enters university ' s sports , the university popularizes the street dance , is of value to the artistic accomplishment and aesthetic temperament and interest of improving university students , street dance include university sports , in accordance with direction of reform in education , conform with school sports to sports , fitness sports , development trend , sports of amusement and sports of masses all life 结果表明：街舞进入高校体育是大势所趋；高校推广街舞，有益于提高大学生的艺术修养和审美情趣；街舞纳入高校体育，符合教学改革的方向，合乎学校体育向终生体育、健身体育、娱乐体育和大众体育发展的趋势。
