First of all , it introduces and analyses the principium and process of the centralizer . whereafter , it builds the physical model and mathematic model for the centraliser . finally , it programs in matlab optimization toolbox to optimize the length of arms and the parameters of springs , gets the results and even analyses the capability of the centralizer before and after the optimization 对扶正器进行机械优化设计时,本文完成了如下的工作:首先介绍和分析了扶正器的工作原理和工作过程,然后建立了扶正器的物理模型和数学模型,最后用matlab优化工具箱编程对扶正器支撑臂长度和弹簧参数进行了优化,得出了优化结果,并分析了优化前后的扶正器的性能。
