Article 67 if business is conducted in the name of the partnership while its business license is not issued , such business shall be ordered to cease operation , and a fine of not more than 5 , 000 yuan may be imposed 第六十七条违反本法规定，未依法领取营业执照，而以合伙企业名义从事经营活动的，责令停止经营活动，可以处以五千元以下的罚款。
Where persons provided in the proceeding paragraph , in violation of this law , refuse to be supervised , the supervisor is entitled to apply to the peoples court for a decision made on matters of supervision 前款规定人员违反本法规定拒绝接受监督的，监督人有权就监督事项请求人民法院作出决定。对于监督人的请求，人民法院应当在五日内作出决定。
Article 66 if the word " limited " or " limited liability " is used in the designation of the partnership in violation hereof , rectification within a prescribed time limit shall be ordered , and a fine of not more than 2 , 000 yuan may be imposed 第六十六条违反本法规定，在合伙企业名称中使用?邢?或者?邢拊鹑?字样的，责令限期改正，可以处以二千元以下的罚款。
Where , in violation of this law , the debtor refuses to deliver to the manager or bankruptcy assignee property and relevant accounts , documents , materials and seals concerning the property , the peoples court may impose 违反本法规定，债务人拒不向管理人或者破产清算人移交财产和与财产有关的帐簿文件资料印章的，人民法院可以对直接责任人员处以二千元以上一万元以下的罚款。
Article 38 the local people ' s governments shall order anyone who , in violation of the provisions of this law , defaults on paying teachers ' salaries or infringes upon other legitimate rights and interests of teachers , to make a rectification within a specified time limit 第三十八条地方人民政府对违反本法规定，拖欠教师工资或者侵犯教师其他合法权益的，应当责令其限期改正。
Article 107 those who commit other acts violating the provisions of this law than those for which one shall bear liability for compensation according to the provisions of this law ， and so cause losses to other persons ， shall bear civil liability according to the law 第一百零六条依照本法规定承担赔偿责任以外的其他违反本法规定的行为，给他人造成损失的，应当依法承担民事责任。
Article 81 if anyone , in violation of the provisions of this law , infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of teachers , educatees or schools or other institutions of education , thus causing losses or damage , he shall bear civil liabilities according to law 第八十一条违反本法规定，侵犯教师、受教育者、学校或者其他教育机构的合法权益，造成损失、损害的，应当依法承担民事责任。
Article 207 whoever should bear civil liability for compensation and effect payment of a fine or penalty in violation of the provisions of this law while his / her property is insufficient to make simultaneous payment thereof shall bear civil liability for compensation first 第二百零七条违反本法规定，应当承担民事赔偿责任和缴纳罚款、罚金，其财产不足以同时支付时，先承担民事赔偿责任。
Article 232 where anyone violates the present law and shall be subject to civil liabilities of compensation and payment of fines and penalties and if his properties are not sufficient to cover all the payment at the same time , he shall be first subject to civil liabilities 第二百三十二条违反本法规定，应当承担民事赔偿责任和缴纳罚款、罚金，其财产不足以同时支付时，先承担民事赔偿责任。
