• The ic ( e ) shall audit the overall em & a programme including the implementation of all environmental mitigation measures , submissions relating to em & a , and any other submission required under this permit
  独立环境查核人须审核整体的环境监察及审核计划，包括实施所有环境缓解措施、提交有关环境监察及审核的文件，以及提交本许可证所要求的任何其他文件。
• The results of the current environmental monitoring and audit programme required under the environmental permit issued by dep for the criii project have not shown any adverse environmental impacts arising from the works
  环境保护署就中区填海第三期工程签发的环境许可证中规定必须进行环境监察及审核计划，有关结果显示工程并无对环境构成任何不良影响。
• 4 any changes to em & a arrangement as required in the em & a manual or in the implementation schedule shall be justified , and verified by the ic ( e ) in the em & a reports and submitted for the approval of the director
  根据环境监察及审核手册或实施时间表而订立的环境监察及审核规定，若要作出任何更改，必须具备充分理由，并经由环境监察及审核报告载明的独立环境查核人加以核实，然后提交署长批准。
• An independent environmental monitoring and audit contractor is employed to implement the environmental monitoring and audit programme approved by the environmental protection department to ensure that there is no adverse impact to the environment due to the treatment processes carried out on site
  委聘独立的环境监察及审核承办商，负责执行经环境保护署批准的环境监察及审核计划，以确保在地盘进行的处理程序不会对环境造成不良影响。
• The independent environmental checker shall verify the overall environmental performance of the projects , including all the implementation of environmental mitigation measures , submissions relating to environmental monitoring and auditing , and any other submissions required under this permit

• 3 before commencement of construction of the project , the permit holder shall complete the coral transplantation in full compliance with the addendum to em & a manual - coral transplantation manual as well as the detailed methodology for coral transplantation approved under condition 2 . 2 above

  环境监察及审核的规定，须按环评报告中环境计划及每月环境监察及审核报告订明的要求执行，除非拟议的更改在提交的每月环境监察及审核报告获得充分理由支持并经由独立环境查核人核证，以及获得署长批准。
• 1 any changes to the environmental monitoring and audit arrangement as required under the environmental schedule contained in the eia report ( hereinafter referred to as the " environmental schedule " ) or under the implementation schedule submitted shall be justified , and verified by the independent environmental checker in the environmental monitoring and audit reports and submitted for the approval of the director
  所提交的环境计划或实施时间表如有需要对环境监察及审核安排作任何更改，须经由环境监察及审核报告载明的独立环境查核人提供充分理由支持并加以核证，然后提交署长批准。
• 1 the environmental monitoring and audit ( em & a ) requirements shall be implemented as set out in the em & a manual submitted to the director on 22 october 1999 and the monthly em & a reports unless the changes are justified in the monthly em & a reports submission , verified by the ic ( e ) and approved by the director before being implemented
  环境监察及审核的规定，须按于1999年10月22日提交署长的环境监察及审核手册及每月的环境监察及审核报告订明的要求执行，除非在执行前，拟议的更改在提交的每月环境监察及审核报告已获得充分理由支持并经由独立环境查核人核证，以及获得署长批准。
