• This user agreement and the terms of use constitute the entire agreement between tdc and you with respect to the subject matter hereof , and supersede all other written or oral agreements and representations , and any provisions in any documents sent by either party to the other , with respect to such subject matter

• This agreement contains the final ， complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated herein and all prior written agreements and all prior and contemporaneous oral agreements with respect to the subject matter herein are merged herein including any subscription descriptions and subscription purchase terms
