Those who desire my eternal association precluding all else meditate on me with exclusive devotion ; those persons , i insure the uniting of their individual consciousness with the ultimate consciousness perpetually 那些渴望与我永恒结合的人，排除了一切妄念，专心挚爱地冥想于“我” 。对于那些人， “我”确保他们的个体意识（知觉）会永久地和根本意识（觉知）融合统一在一起。
Anyone who understands in this way the individual consciousness and the ultimate consciousness also the material energy along with the three modes of material nature ; one although existing in any condition never takes birth again 谁这样了悟了个体意识（知觉） ，根本意识（觉知） ，以及和生命自然本能三性态相关联的物质能量，尽管他可以存在于任何环境中，却不再经历生死轮回。

O arjuna , for such a one perfecting the science of uniting the individual consciousness with the ultimate consciousness , without deviation , always engaged in constantly remembering me continuously ; to him i am very easily attainable 阿诸那啊，如果一个人努力修炼个体意识（知觉）与根本意识（觉知）的融合统一，毫不背离地总是连续不断地铭想着“我” ，他就很容易达到“我”的境界。
Those who by the realization of knowledge can fathom the distinction between the body , the individual consciousness and the ultimate consciousness and the liberation of the living entities from the material energy they achieve the supreme 谁通过践证知识，而彻悟了肉体，个体意识（知觉）和根本意识（觉知）之间的根本差别，以及生物体从物质能量中的解脱方式，谁就达到了最高境界。
