After a submission has been made to the board , the applicant is welcome to make enquiry to the responsible senior town planner ( stp ) , whose name will be provided in the acknowledgment letter , on the proposed development under application that is being circulated for comments by concerned government departments 申请人向城规会递交申请后，城规会秘书会向申请人发出认收通知书，并在认收通知书内列明负责的高级城市规划师的姓名。此外，本署会把拟议发展的资料发给有关政府部门传阅，以徵询意见。
