At first , this paper presents the basic concepts and characters of rms . then it discusses the reconfigurability of rms " control system at aspects of device controller , control net and supervisory software and the important impact of opc ( ole for process control ) on reconfigurability of rms " control system . it also presents the supervisory software frame based on opc technology 本文首先介绍了rms的基本概念和特点，然后从设备控制器、控制网络、监控平台三个方面论述了rms控制系统的可重构性，以及opc ( oleforprocesscontrol )技术对rms控制系统可重构性带来的影响，并提出了基于opc的监控平台软件构架。
