The main research in this thesis can be summarized as follows : ( 1 ) the structure and features of tc620 turbo cycling compressor are introduced . its frequent faults , fault mechanism and diagnosis are also analyzed . ( 2 ) the vibration signal analysis based on fault analysis and processing are presented , including wave analysis , tarce analysis , frequency spectrum analysis etc . and connected signal transformation ideas are also described , which can be conducted in amplitude field , time field and frequency field according to different needs 本文主要包括以下内容： ( 1 )介绍了tc620透平循环压缩机的结构特点，归纳总结了其常见的故障现象，分析了各类故障产生的机理和诊断方法； ( 2 )论述了基于故障分析处理的几种常用的振动信号分析法，如波形分析、轨迹分析、频谱分析等。
