By the research , it is put forward that our country at present stage should firstly modify the present law and rules to make preparation for making credit data known to the public , secondly should work out the regularized new law to use credit data as quick as possible , during modifying and working out the law , should pay attention to the scope to open regularized credit data to guarantee the fair and just of the credit investigation report of credit managing trade , and pay much attention to protecting personal right of privacy , meanwhile , should establish the punish system to those of breaking their promise 通过研究提出，我国现阶段应首先修改现行的法律法规为征信数据公开做准备，其次应尽快出台关于征信数据使用规范的新法案；在修改和制订法律的过程中要注意规范信用数据公开的范围、保证信用管理行业的资信调查报告的公平与公正性并注重保护个人的隐私权；同时应建立对失信者的惩罚机制。
