In this chapter , the suitable devices and circuit structure have been choosed to design a second order multiplier , a fifth order multiplier , a sixth order harmonics mixer and a dro operating in 9 . 4ghz . the forth chapter is a section of system realization and test , in this chapter , the system of low phase noise frequency source has been constructed and tested . the results show that the targets of the system have been achieved 第三章的系统分器件与实验数据部分,主要是以上述第二章的分析为基础,以所推导的理论公式为指导选取必要的器件和合适的电路拓扑结构,分别设计实现了一个二次倍频器,五次倍频器, 6次谐波混频器和一个9 . 4ghz的介质振荡器,为后述整个系统的实现在硬件上做了必要的准备。
