Scanning the present status of nspo in our country , it could be concluded that the difficulties of nspo lie in the lack of a favorable social environment which is useful to the effective practice of nspo : some incorrect understandings about nspo still exist ; the incomplete legal system , local or section - protectionism and some misgivings of the news media themselves perform the principal obstacles ; while the inappropriate intervention from social powers , the unbalance of supervision and the effective supervision of the practice of nspo have become in present the problems in dire need of being solved to strengthen the nspo 审视我国新闻舆论监督的现状，可以得出结论，新闻舆论监督难，难在没有良好的适于新闻舆论监督有效运作的社会舆论环境：社会上对于新闻舆论监督的种种错误认识仍然存在，而不完善的法制体系、地方(部门)保护主义的存在以及媒体自身的顾虑等成为新闻舆论监督的主要障碍，权力对于新闻舆论监督活动的不当干涉、监督的失衡、对新闻舆论监督活动的监管等问题，则成为当前加强新闻舆论监督需要综合解决的问题。
