Based on the study of the fore going ' s , this thesis regards time - cell , time - center and time - distance as the basic elements of urban time structure . secondly , carry out three constructing principles - - " spatial scale " maps " time distance " , maintain basic spatial structures , extrude main time structures . thirdly , summarize four expressing forms of urban time structure of which isotime curve , isotime circle , time contour and time network 理论探讨部分基于前人的研究成果初步确定时间单元/时间细胞、时间中心/时间基点和时间距离为城市时间结构的基本组成要素；提出时间结构构筑的三原则： “空间尺度”映射“时间距离” 、维持空间关系之基本格局、突出表达主干时间关系；时间结构的表达则从时间结构的形态方面总结出等时线、等时圈、时间廓线图和网络图等表达形式；最后提出城市时间谱概念来评价城市时间结构的优劣。
