This paper aims at the condition on the base of the calculator assistance error controlled instrument , carrying on the examination , analysis and control to the process , studying the algorith in error process , setting up the model for analysis to the error , controlling a sport error of the instrument in different controlled way , then carrying on imitating in the process , realizing compensating for error 本文针对这一现状利用计算机辅助误差测控仪对加工过程进行检测、分析与控制,研究了误差处理中所涉及的算法,对误差进行数值建模回归分析,用不同的控制算法控制误差测控仪的运动误差,然后进行加工过程的仿真,实现误差补偿。
