指定辩护

  八、人民法院根据《刑事诉讼法》及相关司法解释为未成年拔高人指定辩护的，应当将指定辩护通知书和起诉书副本或者判决是副本送交其所在地的法律援助机构，由法律援助机构统一接收并组织实施。
