When we constantly turn inward , our happiness supplies enough wisdom for us to work out all our problems , no matter how stressful . and we come to love other beings naturally as we love ourselves . love and forgiveness become our natural habits no matter what our abilities or skills 当我们达到这种程度时，尽管还是要面对生活上的压力，但我们内在会很快乐，也会有足够的智慧解决任何情况，让爱心和宽恕成为我们的习惯，我们自然就能爱人如己。
Although it is difficult or even painful to change our habits sometimes such as our sleep , we become to rob our sleep time for living , dinner party or even entertainment and even our body and soul suffers long appendotomy without awakening or relieving . although we seek lots of reasons and helpless words such as heavy living pressure and complex social relationship and so forth , we must damage this habit when there is collision between bad habits and creation 有时候，尽管改变我们的习惯有困难甚至是痛苦，比如我们的睡眠，为了生计应酬或是消遣我们养成了掠夺睡眠时间的习惯，甚至于我们的身心遭受到日积月累的自残仍无觉醒或者无法解除，虽然我们为此堆砌了无数的理由和无奈的词句，沉重的生活压力，繁杂的社会关系但是当不良习惯与创新发生碰撞的时候，我们应该也必须跳出这种习惯。
It is not easy to change our habits or magnetic field , which absolutely cannot be done by practicing some breath - counting method or yoga exercise . since the development of habits is controlled by the mind , we must change the mind in order to change our habits . methods contemplating on the solar plexus , on bones , water , or breathing are simply not enough 要变改我们的习惯或磁场并不简单，绝不是靠一些呼吸数息的方法，或做一些瑜珈运动就能改变，因为习惯的养成是受头脑控制的，所以要改变习惯，必须更改我们的头脑，只靠观丹田观骨头观水观呼吸等等都不够用，唯有观音法门才是最究竟的方法。
In daily life we are often bound by personal habits and our minds cheat us into obsessive thinking , making it difficult for us to share our love . however , if we simply prepare to respond whenever the need arises , our thoughts will be tuned into masters teachings and we will become charged with a consciousness of love and compassion 我们常会被习惯所绑被头脑所骗，所以才不简单把爱心付诸行动，事实上不必想太多，只要随时准备好，任何情况有需要，我们就配合，如此一来，我们的习惯就会渐渐调整和师父的教理一致，我们的爱心和悲悯的胸怀也会越来越扩大。
