The experimental results manifest that the psnr of both the full reconstructed video sequences and the ones of frame rates changed are improved compared to the system base on haar wavelet . moreover , the decoding time of db2 filters is shorter than the haar one , the shorter the decoding time , the better the real - time displaying in the client side 实验结果表明,本系统与基于haar小波的可伸缩性视频编解码系统相比,完全重建的视频图像质量和帧速率改变后的重建视频图像质量都有了明显的提高,并且解码时间也有所缩短,具备了更好的实时性。
In order to improve the performance of the system , diverse measures are taken when it is put into realization , which increases frame rate by more than 4 times under the same condition , and it ultimately could reach to 60 fps . the results of the study shows tha this thesis is somewhat advanced 在具体实现时采用了多种优化措施来提高系统性能，使得系统的绘制帧速率在同等条件下提高为优化前的5倍多，可达到每秒60帧左右，又一次体现出本论文成果具有一定的先进性。
