It is showed that all kinds of algae could be approximately removed except gloeocapsa minima whose grain size is about 2 . sum . when the water is secondly filtrated by active carbon column , the content of gloeocapsa minima is reduced greatly and its efficiency removal can reach to 99 . 4 % 在藻含量较低的情况下，当过滤出水基本为最小胶球藻时，用活性炭柱进行二次过滤后，小球藻可大大降低，最小胶球藻的去除率可达99 . 4 。
In this research , we tested 43 herbicides which include 20 different chemical classes and 11 different modes of action using 5 unicellular green algae . the results showed that chlorella pyrenoidosa was more sensitive than the other 4 algae and was suitable as target organism during herbicide screening 本研究在国内首次以5种单细胞绿藻为模式生物，参照oecd藻类生长抑制测试方法，对包括20种化学结构11种作用机制的43种商品化除草剂进行生物筛选试验，发现蛋白核小球藻比其他4种藻更适合作为除草剂筛选中的靶标。
