When the public security organs perform tasks for state security according to the provisions of paragraph 2 , article 2 stipulated in the state security law , the relevant provisions of these rules shall apply 公安机关依照《国家安全法》第二条第二款的规定，执行国家安全工作任务时，适用本细则有关规定。
