• If the insurer provides on the policy or other insurance instruments a message sufficient to make the insured pay attention to the exemption clauses , and makes written or oral explanations in respect of those exemption clauses to the insured , in the process of entering into an insurance contract with the insured , the insurer shall be deemed to have performed his obligation of clear clarification
  第二款：保险人在与投保人签订保险合同时，保险人对责任免除条款在保险单或其他保险凭证上做出能够足以引起投保人注意的提示，并对免责条款的内容以书面或口头形式向投保人作出解释的，视为保险人履行了明确说明义务。
• When an insurance contract is entered into between an insurer and an applicant , and where the insurer has given a notable instruction of an exemption clause in the insurance policy or other insurance certificates at the same time , which would sufficiently attact such applicant ' s attention , and together with that the insurer has given an interpretation orally or in writting to the applicant with regards to the contents of the exemption clause , it shall be construed that the insurer has fullfiled its explicit interpretation obligation
