• By means of researching the meshing impact in the engagement of standard chain respectively with the spur toothed sprocket and the involute toothed sprocket , it has been discovered through analysis that by adopting the involute tooth for the sprocket could reduce the normal impact velocity in the engaging instant of chain and sprocket , thus lowered the meshing impact among chain and sprocket
  通过研究标准链条分别与直齿链轮和渐开线齿链轮啮合的啮合冲击，分析发现在链轮上采用渐开线齿能减小链条与链轮啮合瞬间的法向冲击速度，进而降低链条与链轮的啮入冲击。
