Insurance compensating assessors is still a strange conception for most of chinese . it ’ s hard to totally cover up the shortages in management and specific technologe skill of native insurance assessment system despite of their constantly development in recent decades . as the result of division developing in insurance market , from emergency of the first insuran assessment company to nowadays , native insurance assessment companies cut into the market without any rehearse and summerised some experience of management and operation in those years , but there also showed many disadvantages in their management and specific knowledge . this thesis based on comparation and demonstration , analysed insurance assessment system of china and came up with some ideas in complete and develop insurance assessment system of china . furthermore , author brought forward some disadvantages of native insurance assessment system and discussed them 保险公估人在国内对许多人来说仍是一个新鲜事物,虽然近几年保险公估业发展迅猛,但还是难以掩盖他们先天不足的残酷现实,作为保险市场精细分工的结果,从1994年出现第一家保险公估组织到现在,中国初生的保险公估公司几乎在没有任何演习的状态下切入保险市场,尽管十余年来它们总结出了一些经营、管理方面的经验,但这一切都不能掩饰其在专业技术力量上和经营管理等方面的诸多不足。本文在借鉴相关研究的基础上利用比较分析和实证研究对我国保险公估制度进行分析,在完善和发展保险公估制度的思路方面提出了自己的一些看法。
