• When the civil servant is encouraged to get to know private sector people better , he will have to exercise his own judgement to avoid situations which might compromise his integrity or lead to a conflict of interests
  公务员不能远离诱惑，因此必须倚靠自己的道德观念及公仆应有的操守作为指引。随与私营机构的关系愈来愈密切，公务员必须自行判断，避免陷入违背良心或有利益冲突的处境。
