In this dissertation , the beijing downtown area distribution system capability is evaiuated based on fuzzy theory according to the present condition of beijing distribution system . factors considered in this dissertation affecting the capability are including as follows : feeder load rate , voltage offset , network 1oss and n - l analysis . the load allocation in beijing distribution system of downtown area is got , and conclusion of the whole fuzzy distribution capability is reached 本论文根据北京城区配电供电网现状，应用模糊数学的方法，对影响配电网的供电能力的各个因素：线路负载率、电压偏移、网损和n - 1校验分析进行了评估，得到了北京城区配电网的负荷分布情况和整个北京城区配电网供电能力的模糊水平。
