Upon china ' s entry of wto , we shall continuously adjust and improve the securities supervision system according to the new features and trends of the securities market development , enhance the construction strength of ministry of international affairs , and perfect the foreign adaptation problems , besides strengthening the negotiation and cooperation with international securities supervision organization 在我国加入wto后，我国除了要加强与国际证监会组织的协调与合作外，还应根据证券市场发展的新特点和新趋势不断调整和完善证券监管体系，加大对外国际事务部门的建设力度，完善法律的域外适用等问题。
